Thankfully, my father has commissioned a job from me that will allow me to pay my bills. It is also offering me an interesting opportunity to learn php and MySql, which should be entertaining. I need experience with this sort of thing if I’m going to successfully implement any sort of real design work. Shopping carts are also often done in php. I wonder how well it talks to paypal.
I’ve decided to take the job with the local dominatrix. Doing this should provide me with enough money and free time to actually accomplish most of my goals. The amount of random knowledge and interesting/awesome opportunities seems almost limitless. However, I think they’re afraid to scare me away. They seem to think that I am adverse to their business, at least a little. I don’t think they understand that I’m not squeamish, embarrassed, or worried about what is going to happen.
